I’ve decided to take on a project to produce a fine art figural calendar for 2009. This has been something of a personal goal of mine for some time, and the opportunity has presented itself, and I am going to go for it.

This means I need YOUR help. I need people to be IN the photos!

Some details:

A lot of you have probably seen a lot of my work at [link] or [link] and I love that you’ve looked, but I am trying to break out of the studio box a little and do at least some images on location, stretch my own abilities a bit.

All ages and shapes are welcome to participate! This isn’t Vogue, there is a setting for every body.

There is inherently nudity associated with figure studies, so no minors, sorry.

If you want to participate, but fall into the “shy” category, identifying characteristics can be hidden. Don’t let that hold you back!

There isn’t a lot of money along for the ride, so I’m afraid this isn’t going to be lucrative for you. But, in a (for me!) unprecedented show of “give it away” you will receive BOTH a copy of the whole, finished calendar AND a disc with images of your shoot which you may use however you like, even to make prints or post online, so long as you acknowledge me as the photographer.
